To break it down, I'll go easy on the big words and plenty
talks.
Online Marketing is the putting process of putting your
business front and centre along the journey your customer takes. Going digital
is fundamental to businesses' success in today's modern era of marketing.
Promoting brands, products, and services online through mobile applications is
quickly becoming table stakes. So as a marketer, you must get on board.
There are three types of Media in Online Marketing
- Paid Media: Makes up everything that you pay for, e.g. Google adwords, Facebook paid ads, etc.
- Owned Media: channels like your website, list of customers you send emails to, blog with an active readership.
- Earned Media: world of organic press, your social media accounts & mentions on other blogs.
Digital Marketing Strategy
There are 3 major DM strategies, which are;
- Business Strategy: Identify the mission statement, objectives, value proposition and elevator pitch.
- Customer Strategy: Reach the correct audience, understand the audience and where to find them.
- Marketing Strategy: should consist of many individual plans, each tailored to one goal for a specific audience.

an online market place is to Create a Buyer Persona & Identify your Unique
